Lillian Mosley is a distinguished attorney and business professional known for her dedication to hard work and strategic management. With a deep sense of responsibility and compassion, Lillian brings a powerful combination of legal expertise and community focus to every challenge she takes on.
Lillian earned her Juris Doctorate from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she developed a keen interest in Elder Law and Health Law, and earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Adelphi University. This dual expertise allows her to navigate complex legal challenges while providing strategic business solutions in her career.
Lillian began her legal career at the Community Service Society of New York, whose mission is to promote economic opportunity and champion an equitable city and state. Here, Lillian learned to drive change through a strategic combination of research, services, and advocacy to make New York more livable for people facing economic insecurity. Her sharp analytical skills and dedication to clients led to significant victories in each case. From 2022 to 2025, Lillian worked as an Assistant Law Clerk for an Appellate Division Justice and, more recently, worked as a Supervising Court Attorney at Kings County Civil Court.
In addition to her work as an attorney, Lillian is committed to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals, particularly women and underrepresented groups in the field. Lillian serves as Vice President of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, Treasurer of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Foundation, and President-Elect of the Puerto Rican Bar Association in NYC. She is an Executive member of WBASNY’s Access to Justice Taskforce, Co-chair of the NYWBA’s Elder Law Committee, and Alternate Delegate of the NYWBA.
